      Pros

      Great Union wages but the same is available at any UA516 company. Office pay is Very Very bad.

      6 years ago CT was a company of almost entirely 15+ year Journeyman and little to no apprentices, now it's over half apprentices and very few experienced Journeyman. The previous owner created a refrigeration focused company with the best of the best technicians. The son took over and coasted for the past 6 years off his fathers hard work. He sold the company 3 years ago to Americans and is counting the days till his retirement. CT has become a revolving door of technicians and office staff. Very low morale and very toxic work environment. But this is just one persons opinion.

      The sudden growth is impacting the finance team, necessitating additional resources and time to: a) Maintain business-as-usual activities b) Incorporate continuous improvement and reduce manual tasks Insufficient information from upper management regarding ongoing activities Limited time available for monthly checks due to personal growth commitments Frequent staff turnover and changes can be surprising and undermine confidence.
