      The company will let you work everyday if you choose.

      Cons

      Micromanaging by sociopath COO that uses foul language at subordinates and threatens people’s job when they express their concerns or offers new ideas that differ from his. Executive Vice Presidents creates silos and appear to work for separate companies.

      Pros

      Fair minded and supportive management. Not directly involved in RR management, so did not have the same hours or demands as many do.

      Cons

      None really--large publicly held company. Working on a contract basis, so can't speak to benefits.
