Pros
Union job security, very good medical, dental, and vision benefits, generally good work environment and nice coworkers generally.
Cons
Very few vacation days (starts at 10 and goes up really slowly), tuition benefits not as good as most other schools (6 credit hours), a lot of bureaucracy.
