      Pros

      Great pharmacy procedures in place on paper. Some lovely staff at the worker level and good working pattern.

      Cons

      Quick to judge and dismiss. Mistakes aren’t reflected on to prevent from reoccurring, you are punished/dismissed. Concerns raised as a qualified dispenser are shrugged off due to money being made in my opinion.

      Pros

      No pros . Not a good company to work for . That's all.

      Cons

      Not enough brakes . Not allowed to drink water and no water dispenser available nearby production area . You'd be allow to get downstairs in the canteen to have a sip of water but at your own target costs and being closely monitored how long you spent doing that . No proper training . Job insecurity . No convenient salary or chance of progression.
