Pros
Flexiable work hours and days off as needed without question Able to communicate to pretty much anyone anytime at corporate Proud of new brand and good company image Always on top of the latest technology and provides mobile phones
Cons
Limited on client base, however I know they are working on gaining new contracts Pay lower than I wish, but in this economy, I am happy they are doing everything they can to prevent layoffs Not completely happy with my direct manager, he seems lazy at times and appers to not get work done I don't always feel like a part of the company
