      Exploitation - Low salary payment for work done but pretends to care so gives random employee bonuses. Have to wait 2 months to get health care, I assume because they know their jobs are exploitative and want people to stay.

      Management doesn't communicate. HR is slow to action and usually comes of reporting. Lack of Quality and Integrity of management and employees.
