The best reason to work at ZLB plasma include the Compensation days, The employees, Flexible hours, and employee functions
Cons
The downsides about working with ZLB plasma includes. Not getting hours promised when hired, All the incentives going to the donors and not employees (personally). It seems to muliple employees that the rules are do what I say not what I do.
