Management has an unwillingness to adapt and realize what the state of different markets is. What works in one market will not always work in another. Lack of marketing support or real reason for change. They preach to not be the "treat delivery person," but when asked what to do to help sway customers, they say "bring in treats or bring lunch." When asked for assistance if struggling, they say "it looks like you are doing everything right, just keep going." Everything being done right doesn't matter apparently. When you sign on, they let you know that the first 6 months will suck. While you build relationship and trust, sales may be hard to come by. Yet even during or right after that time, you get a performance improvement plan. They historically LOVE PIP plans.
