Pros
There really aren't any after you work there for about a year and learn what you got yourself into. For a new college grad they will offer you a job at a decent wage but the bottom drops out quickly.
Cons
This company was an amazing place to work for 7 years ago. We worked hard and played hard. After the move to the new building things went down hill quickly. We lost our CEO, CFO, and head of sales within a couple of months of each other. They attempted to get a new CEO and he was there for a year or so, I really don't remember because it was so short. We were told he was on vacation and he eventually never came back we still have no CEO. When the original CEO and head of sales left they found loopholes in their contracts and left with millions... Millions the company didn't have in addition to the debt they were and still are in. The management team is inept and under educated. They require you to have a college education but many of them don't even have one themselves. So as a tech you have a degree but your bosses bosses boss doesn't and those are the folks running the place. The company is still afloat but no one knows how. They lose an employee almost every week and are struggling to keep up with work load. The owner is disillusioned and out of touch. He walks around every so now and again and makes labored small talk with his employees "family" as he calls you. He has a hard time relating to anyone who isn't in his financial bracket and trust me if you work there you never will be. If you want a career where you go no where fast, no promotions, a management and supervisory staff that make uniformed uneducated decisions by all means jump in but you have been warned!!!
