      Our company was acquired by CSI recently. With all the changes, merging, migrating etc., my position was dissolved and no longer needed. Without warning or discussion on where I can fit into the new company, they’re just letting me go. No internal advancement, no communications.

      Low pay, does not increase by more than $1 over time. Hourly pay was decreased due to "operational needs" after 3 years
