Pros
The business has gone through a significant amount of change over the last few years, which not everyone has been happy with, however from my point of view we have done a number of positive things that are allowing us to transition to the next stage of being CSG; - We have removed toxic people that have negatively impacted our culture - Support across the business at all levels. If you ask for help you receive it and people will go out of their way to try and make your life easier. - We have a robust L&D team, that don't just set you KPI's and hope for the best. They get into the detail on how you can be a better consultant/ manager, all in favour of you upping the amount you bill, therefore making you more money. This is backed up by the amount of people that are performing significantly better than they were previously. - We recruit across a number of different markets which gives people the opportunity to work in an area they are passionate about, you also have free reign over the territory you can recruit in, you're not just put into a postcode area like a lot of other recruitment business. - We offer a great benefits package ranging from private healthcare, 6 months full pay maternity, extended paternity leave, gym membership to name a few. - You can relocate internationally to Dubai, The US, Australia, New Zealand. - The people are the foundation of the business and they have made genuine friends. Everyone is welcome to attend events that have been arranged. - The tech we have will allow anyone to be successful. - We are not a cutthroat environment - No threshold - Free parking - Good commission structure - We aren't based in Leeds City Centre (some may see this as a negative)
Cons
- We are too relaxed in terms of flexibility and need to find the right balance with this. - More incentives could be set across the business. - We get paid every month as opposed to every 4 weeks like we use too.
