Pros
Fast and generous travel reimbursement
Cons
This company will sell itself better than sliced bread. When I interviewed I was told the turnover is so low and no one ever leaves. This is NOT true. Many people are so unhappy in their position. If you get on a project with a bad project manager you are in complete hell. The company has no official HR department and people come and go so quickly. You are hard pressed to find people that have been there for a long time. They will sell the company as employee oriented and family focused and that is simply not true. Travel on most projects is 4 days every week even though I said I did not want to travel more than 50% during all my interviews. If you are "in" the Chicago office that is great...otherwise you are a fly on the wall and they don't care at all about you. They also promote work life balance. Basically in every project there are slow periods and times when you are working constant nights and weekends and they don't count travel time as work time.
