      Pros

      Great place to start work from University, the graduate programme allows you to see various aspects of a large business and helps you choose which discipline you would like to move into. There are some great people there with a wealth of experience.

      Cons

      Poor leadership due to CSC being a large company made up from many small IT companies that were bought out. Any cutting edge systems or processes that don't fit in with CSC's catalyst are abandoned so "we all work on a level playing field". Hard to achieve promotion in a technical level even though CSC is supposed to be all about its technical people.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
