Pros
The work pressure is good but you get a very comfortable and helping work atmosphere where people who are not even in your team are ready to help on their own. Infrastructure is fantastic and the work quantity and quality is great. Also the chance to grow as an individual both technically as well as in terms of post is really fair and good and they take into account the effort you put in and not only the number of years you give . Fabulous place to work.
Cons
Sometimes the work pressure is high as CSC hardly maintains a bench strength So in case few members of your team leave you have to manage until the next crew joins in but in other way They give you a good hike while joining because they need the guy desperately and are not only strengthing their bench
