Pros

Lots of good people to work with, for now. Most supervisors are very nice and pleasant to work with. Lots is work to keep you busy!!!

Cons

Moving jobs to India by the boatload. Seems CSC can't get rid of their American employees fast enough!! They even have people training India to take their jobs. Employees are told it it just for extra help but then the American employee suddenly have no jobs. No raises in 4 years for lower level employees.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
