      Pros

      Fair compensation to work alongside amazing people with manageable expectations set by competent leadership. The work is challenging in all the best ways.

      Cons

      DBS is a modern, high speed, and low drag company within an old, slow, and bureaucratic organization. Work gets done without the weight of red tape slowing you down…until you have to work with parts of the org outside of DBS. It is rare, but painful.

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
