Cons
The company assigns developers a lot of tasks each day. You might work on each task for about 2 hours, spread throughout the day. The CEO does not respect the employees and treats them like slaves. There is no work-life balance. Additionally, the company often fails to deliver projects on time and does not complete them by their scheduled deadlines. The quality of the projects is also poor. Most employees lack experience yet are assigned to large projects. There is really nothing good about this company.
