Pros
For the most part working at CSAA is a fun place to be, I have never worked for a company that has Benefit package like CSAA.
Cons
too many managers and too many employees that are not stepping up to the plate to help improve CSAA. Too many employees that are just there, they do not go the extra mile to help improve CSAA as a whole. It drives me nuts to work with people like that, Maybe I am a rare breed, I do not know, I am just very frustrated, that myself as a manager in my division does not have to power to terminate an employee because that employee isn't doing there job to 100% of their ability. All I can do is write them up on a CAF form. Nothing gets done after that. Its a shame. It is a very hard place to get fired from, as long as you show up, do your job, even if you are doing the bare minimum at your job, it takes an act of GOD to get terminated even with the recent cut backs It is driving me nuts,I am trying my hardest to help improve CSAA's bottom line, yet next to me, my fellow employees are just cruising along, taking there time, there seems to be no sense of urgency in their actions or work ethics.
