Pros
AWESOME people - some of the best you could hope to work with. Genuine, caring service provided to customers (that is, of course, when you can find the time to provide it). Usually able to get time off when requested.
Cons
Management STINKS! Promises made & then reversed at the first opportunity, and of course you are the last to know. No loyalty to long-term employees. Working those left to the bone, and setting us up to fail. There is no possible way to do the work they're asking for the way the customer should be able to have it done. That enables the company to deny raises, bonuses, etc. Hopefully I'm on my way out soon - I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who cares about what they do. You will not be able to do the job the way it should be done.
