      It pays money It is technically a job If you can get out of it early in one piece you might be OK career wise

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Lots of back stabbing and high stress. Lots of people gossiping about each other. They say you shouldn't talk about politics in the work place. There is lots of that as well. A lot of right wing, alt-right talk right out in the open. I was miserable working here.

      - Misaligned priorities between IT leadership and executive leadership, creating confusion and slowing decision-making. - Organizational dysfunction and lack of coordination among leadership teams, impacting execution and accountability. - Perceived favoritism and inequitable opportunities, affecting morale, trust, and employee engagement.
