Great company culture - Sales Development Representative (SDR) CSA Partners Employee Review

CSA really promotes a good work life balance with a generous PTO policy. When management asks for your opinion I feel like they really want to hear what I have to say as an employee. Supportive team culture as well as my manager steps in to help out wherever needed. The snacks are also a nice perk! I feel like the company is supportive when life happens and we need to pick up a sick child from school. The company offers ongoing training and has a great open door policy to collaborate.

The company has grown quickly and so with that there have been some growing pains but the company is aware and does their best to navigate those and take feedback from the employees.

This company is a red flag from the top down. Turnover is extremely high, gossip is constant (often starting with management), and the leadership team operates with a “rules for thee, not for me” mentality. The CEO is rarely on-site yet expects everyone else to be in the office. Remote work policies were applied inconsistently, creating confusion and frustration across teams. The culture is toxic, with cliques, departmental feuds, and open hostility. I even heard shouting matches between leadership in conference rooms. Overall, it was the worst work environment I’ve experienced. I’m relieved to be out and strongly caution anyone considering a role here to think twice.
