Pros
The company holds a solid reputation and provides good job opportunities for beginners, with a high likelihood of securing a position. However, consider this as a last option, as the management and knowledge base, led by long-time employees mainly team leads, is quite outdated.
Cons
The company faces several issues: no knowledge sharing by seniors, a workforce from a single regional background, no on-site training for growth, and minimal salary increments below market standards. It offers only 6-7 government holidays, fewer than the market standard of 8, and doesn’t align with foreign client holidays, which the company states that the holidays cannot be provided as per Indian holiday calender. Neither they follow foreign client holidays calender nor Indian one. The company lacks long-term projects, relying mostly on short Upwork projects lasting 1-3 months, as clients hesitate to offer long-term work due to the high number of freshers. Team knowledge is not diversified. The employment bond requires a 60-working-day notice plus 2 months' salary, or 3 months' salary for early exit. Recently in the last 2 years, the company forced 30-40% of employees to exit without any benefits.
