      Pros

      A lot of travel, with good benefits.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Very poor management. Terrible pay for position and travel required. Very little to no career growth/development. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for employment. Upper "management" tends to just walk around the office chatting and mountain biking all day.

      A lot of diverse opportunities for work experiences, a lot of growth with challenges that come with that - co-workers genuinely care about and take pride in their work.

      Not for everyone - change and growth is a part of life at Crux.
