Pros
When I started at CRST expedited. I had nothing. Started out as a company driver. Made it to one of the top teams their . Then became a trainer . Became one of there top trainers. Then switched to IC. Austin was my fleet manager and was awesome. Became a top trainer there. Then I transferred to a different division and went downhill from there. CRST is a great company if ur willing to work ur butt off. If not don't go there.
Cons
Not enough miles to ur strong trucks. Safety would rather fire a driver than fix the deficiencies and keep a solid driver. If safety makes a mistake in firing a driver there is no apparatus for the driver to try a keep his job. There is no one he can talk to .
