Each day, an email update is sent to ALL employees (not just HR), regarding pre-hiring checks on contractors who have been issued new job offers. Often these background checks are a matter of discussion openly throughout the office, exposing confidential personal information about new hires.
Misogynistic management. Unqualified men always promoted over women. These promotions are justified by manipulating teams, clients and assignments, to the advantage of male employees. Workforce is primarily female, but only one female VP. Harassing behavior of some male employees is also condoned.
