Pros

- To continue from the title, the service CRCC Asia provides through these internship programs is a key bridge in developing a mutual understanding between western and eastern cultures. Internship Programs take the concept of "cultural immersion" one-step further, giving their program participants a rare glimpse into a unique environment, while developing their professional skills simultaneously. - Provide opportunities to staff that would rarely happen in any other company: international conferences, visits to global offices, tools for professional development (give employees options on what to focus on), etc. - Perfect mix of friendly & professional work culture. CRCC has a knack of hiring great people. Everyone is approachable and always willing to help.

Cons

- Working across several timezones can present communication challenges at times (reality of all international companies), although the directors have implemented strategies & methods that resolve this as much as possible
