      Good culture, helpful teammates and leaders, healthy pay, big enough to have all the sales resources and small enough to not feel like a corporation.

      Cons

      Owned by PE, so quotas are big.

      Pros

      Total flexibility to come and go on job as long as work done. Remote. Great collaboration and meetings with similar team 2 times annual.

      Top management only deals with managers below them and not entire team

      Pros

      Great Benefits. The company really takes care of even its entry level employees. WFH and in person opportunities. Lots of offices all over.

      Cons

      Specifically in my team- I was promised certain training that I never got. I paid for a license I never ended up using. Was never able to get the help and training and mentorship I needed to put my license to use. I'm sure this is not a company wide issue. Depends on the office.
