Pros
Great team of people, friendly & professional work environment, interesting projects. Overall management of company is great.
Cons
One petty person and a bad manager made life difficult - overall good company but direct manager was a bit of a hack. Better training - hired as a junior mechanical engineer and given little to no oversight or training.
