Leadership is fragmented and not cohesive. This led to poor to no communications on company strategy and focus. Chief Medical Officer is not present for a firm focused on healthcare. Lab operations perform well. Went through a RIF in October and eliminated a ton of dead weight. This was in preparation for a sale of the company. Three months later there is still no direction and no communication. It's like a boat floating in the ocean and going wherever the tide will lead it.
