Pros
I have been here for over 7 years and can say without a doubt that we have the best team ever. From the employees that machine, package, build, test, ship and inspect to the management team we have in place, it is one of the best places I have worked. We are growing exponentially and looking for new team members all the time. The management team cares about their employees and definitely encourages a good work life balance. Their PTO is far better than anywhere I have worked. They reinvest in the company every year with new machinery and technology to help assist in the growth.
