Hard to Review Company Based on Position - Personal Care Attendant CPMA Employee Review

Sometimes payroll would get messed up (not the fault of my supervisor) so there were a handful of times where I would miss a pay period and have to wait two weeks to get those hours that I worked for. Also, since it is a healthcare field, the availability of hours was dependent on what people outside of the situation determined, which was hard to see because there are a lot of people out there without the nursing hours they need - this is not solely the companies fault. There are a lot of politics and third parties involved with care.
