People are dropping like flies. Culture has become so toxic after merger and many people leaving out of desperation for happiness. Multiple female leadership within department leads with fear, intimidation and manipulation. Work load is not manageable but leadership expects you to keep up and micromanage which ends up wasting more time on non value added work. Office workers are expected to work weekends and more than 8 hours (not demanded but you are judged if you leave after only 8 hours). Pay is not fair amongst team members for same position. When you want to apply to another department, there is an internal battle between leadership that may restrict you from moving.
