The most toxic environment I’ve ever experienced in my entire adult life. From the top to the bottom, there is active backstabbing, throwing others under the bus, and an overall culture of blame. If someone tries to help remove this toxic, blame ridden culture, they are either fired or forced out. CPI likes this culture and makes no moves to change it.
There is no work life balance. The expectation is that you will always be on-call for any reason. If you have a vacation, you better be prepared to come back at a moment’s notice. Addressing this topic with anyone typically results in the answer “well, that’s a part of the job.” There is no willingness to change.
Ethics are not present at CPI. Everything from employee disciplinary actions to business decisions are focused through a lens that is the opposite of “do what is right” and feel shady at best. You will be told that there is a high ethical standard at CPI, but witness the exact opposite day to day. The willingness to do what is right is not present.
Your health and well being mean nothing. The revolving door of talent is positioned as “they weren’t strong enough” when CPI is positioning the cycling of talent out the door. They don’t want to hear about improvement to the organization in order to reduce turn over.
The responses from CPI here follow a format. One that says they provide resources and honor feedback. They don’t. Don’t be fooled. You are a number with mileage, and they will run you until you are worth nothing.
