      CPC is a family owned business. They are really good with working with you when you need time off. They also have a lot of get together to keep the Job and Employees feeling like family: and there is a job for anyone.

      Cons

      CPC was a slower paced set down job. I would define myself as being on my feet.

      Great people to work with. Family minded environment. Good employer if you live in the area where they operate and do business.

      Cons

      Changes come down from upper management without consideration for how it affects the people in certain departments.
