It's a good salary. But they don't like to raise it. Professionally interesting projects and management system

Management likes to humiliate subordinates and emphasise that we are nobody and do not decide anything. They do not like and do not promote women in management. Toxic working environment where they promote and bring closer those who make deep curtsies to the bosses and suck up, not those who are competent.Constant bullying and humiliation if you don't have a management role then just prepare to suffer
