Free parking, some of the colleagues are decent people.

There is a massive lack of leadership. No training, the managers and senior staff are grumpy and not helpful. There is no teamwork, everyone makes up their own rules and policies. They didn’t pay me everything they owed when I left and senior leadership ignored my requests.

Never have I worked somewhere with such collaboration, maturity and the ability to be successful whilst receiving praise and genuine excitement from your colleagues with every win.
