The employees and supervisors are genuinely nice people.
Cons
If you work in the call center be prepared to getting calls nonstop. We get over 1500 calls a day, there’s no overtime and we technically only get 37.5 hours a week so even if you go over your scheduled hours you still aren’t getting over time pay.
