Management is unprofessional, will penalize you for being sick/medical issues, care more about numbers than employees’ wellbeing, employees are viewed as disposable, constantly overpromising and underdelivering to clients and employees, training was VERY short and rushed and they tell you to study after work hours and dont pay you for it (hourly pay)
