Pros
Many positions can be remote or Hybrid in IT. Standard benefits like any midsize company. Good place to get your start a career and feet wet then move on. COUNTRY is currently attempting to 'Be Inclusive' and have added it to their core value this year.
Cons
#1 Management does not listen to employees . Very limited training budget in IT but high expectations to constantly innovate in an always changing field. Constant fear of workforce reductions. Too much turnover and can't keep people. Not enough people to adequately to do good work sometimes stuff gets missed. Frontline managers are always too busy to adequately grow and develop their teams.
