Unrealistic sales goals; very high turnover; zero diversification in executive management team; small town corporate office with small town mindset; really, really bad food during training in Bloomington IL, 10-14 hour days during training coupled with intimidation techniques with constant threats of termination; their whole sales strategy is to sell to married people to protect the inept and highly incapable stay at home Mom
