      A few of my coworkers, leisurely pace for most tasks

      Nonexistent/unclear directions for tasks, culture of blame-shifting, your job is probably going to be cut after the merger/ upcoming economic depression because of the Trump tariffs.

      Average work environment . A few good people still work there. plenty of overtime.

      Cons

      An HR department that is easily weaponized by manipulators. No raises in years even after being told by higher ups that they were going to be given, People would quit/walk out.
