Can't think of any cons. Pretty enjoyable work.

The job itself is easy and they are very busy. You will never be bored at work or have trouble finding work to do. They pride themselves on pizza parties and happy hour to make a better work environment.

They are a fairly new business so they don’t have a lot of experience training new people. The leads who train the new employees have a large work load and have little time for new hires. The combination of no time to train and little experience training others causes a lot of frustration for new hires. Management expects new hires to be perfect on every order, even though they do not have email templates or updated guides for responding to clients. The owner and leads track your every email to make sure you aren’t making mistakes which signifies a lack of trust between employer and employee. There is no communication in the office as things change constantly without informing employees. They have a lot of clients with different needs and you are expected to know what the clients needs are even though the guides are outdated. The owners are a mother and daughter duo that are hardly in the office but when they are in they micromanage everyone. Most of the employees are relatives to the owners and they favor people over others. They work their employees hard. Barely anyone takes breaks and everyone is stressed out about something. The benefits are terrible there is no real 401k and the pay starting out is $15 and goes to $17. Hardly enough for the amount of work you put in. They only offer 10 days total for sick/vacation. Lastly, no HR! There is no one there to talk to about your needs or problems.
