Employee engagement could consist of a virtual happy hour or game (bingo, trivia, people puzzler, etc. that can be pulled from the internet), Townhall meetings at least twice a year, return of the newsletter for updates/new employees are a few thoughts.

The company does not reward success as they don't understand what it looks like. They are ready to put you on a PIP the second they think you've made a mistake. It's from the top down. Leadership is the problem. Doesn't remember what they've said. But you cannot challenge them. They will fire you if you disagree with them.
