Pros

People that work there are great, even the boss is great. They are all very nice.

Cons

Well, the first interview was easy, except there was 20 other people in the lobby waiting to be interviewed. The second day I was taken out with a "leader" and all he did was go see exsisting customers and sold them stuff. I thought it was great. Except the third day all we did was go door to door for businesses and try to sell them office supplies. At first I did not know thats what we were doing. They make it seem like its such a great job but really youre a door to door salesman for busnesses. They teach you not to skip any doors, so youre going into restaurants and tire shops trying to sell paper. They dont pay you for gas unless you sell an insane amount of product. The first week they send you on a "business trip" to a podunk little town and you have to pay for your gas to get there, your food while there. They do however pay for your hotel room, but dont get your hopes up, you stay at teh worst hotel in town in a bad area of town and you have to sleep in the same room as 3 other guys, so bring a pillow because you most likely are going to sleep on the floor. They also pay different people more base salary if Ryan thinks you have potential. So if you dont look like a person that can sale and you get hired, youre probably getting payed less then other people. They say the job is from 7:30 to 5:30 but its really 6am to 6pm. If you dont get to the office at 6 am he will look down on you and act like you are a terrible person, he may even fire you. And the whole reason to get there at 6am is to play stupid games to get you pumped for the day because thats what you need at this job, an encouragement. If you get back to the office before 5:30 you are looked down on because he says that you did not work a full day. If you have a family or significant other, say goodbye to them. Almost EVERY NIGHT they have a "team night" or "group night" and you cant bring anyone to. So really youre spending like 15 hours a day away from your family.

Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you liked the team you worked with here. Yes, the position you were in does involve sales to existing customers, as well as prospecting new clients. We do a full-day observational interview to try to make sure the day-to-day is very clear, so we apologize if anything was unclear.
