Upper management is very approachable and values your input- in fact, they seek it out! I have not experienced any of the negative aspects outlined in other reviews. My experience has been quite the opposite as the company is clearly focused on where they would like to go and everyone is treated respectfully and professionally.
Cons
Not really a con, but more of a challenge is that the company is still young and still developing its focus and processes (administratively, not production-wise).
