You have a lot of freedom in your work, 30 Days of vacation and almost everyone wants to do the best for the company and the customers. There was almost no turnover. So they must be doing something right.

Because everyone has so much freedom it was not easy to find a common line to follow. Many of the people who where there at the beginning have taken on leadership roles, that do not suite them. They may have done their job well, but there leadership skills were a different story.
Super-friendly colleagues, good salary. Could take as much responsibility as I wanted, sometimes more. First class industrial customers, lots of competence and opportunities to learn. Challenging portfolio, covering a multitude of technologies in a rewarding, high-tech application domain.
