Good peers, dedicated peers, competent peers. Peers are the only pro. They hold each other together even when management is knowingly or unknowingly creating more obstacles than assistance.
Cons
Micro managed by managers with little experience or ability. Ego overcomes competency time and time again. Productivity and profit always trump client care. If your too vocal you will be run out. Promotion is based on who you know and most definitely not what you know. Company needs a complete makeover from the top down.
