I enjoyed my time at COMCO Controls a lot. The development team is incredibly talented and very supportive. They also have many long term hires, which is a huge green flag (I believe the most senior developer has been there for almost 20 years, and the second most senior was there for over 10). Overtime is needed at times, but it is paid overtime, which is rare in software development
