Great staff to work with

Extensive travel is a must

Majority of my coworkers were incredibly nice people. Decent vacation and sick leave if you could make it past the 3 year mark. Socializing at company events was not mandatory and no one cared if you did not participate.

Pay was absolutely horrible. I had to leave or get a second job. My rent was 75% of my paycheck. Other coworkers struggled with rising prices and no one cared. Sone surveyors and managers made good money. Everyone else did not. There was blatant discrimination in hiring practices and how employees were treated after being hired. I heard racist, sexist, heterosexist, and transphobic comments from people at all levels of the company.
