Extremely poor sales to delivery process with zero oversight. CEO is disconnected from the reality of the day to day and allows poor behavior and business processes to flourish in favor of getting deals done. Pays in the lower end of industry average for pretty much every position. Values are talked about but rarely followed. Work life balance is non-existent depending on what department you are in. High turn-over due to unrealistic promises being made during the sales process. Zero technical tools to help projects/tasks stay on track. Company is very slow to implement meaningful changes and processes.
